As stressful as selling a home is, Pauline made it easy, and was a pleasure to work with. She has great knowledge of Vienna, trustworthy insight into pricing and prepping a property for sale, and extensive experience negotiating with the other side. She communicates very effectively and manages expectations very well. In instances when we couldn't manage to get something done she always stepped in to take care of the issue, be it staging the property, or managing contractors, etc. We felt we were in very good hands throughout the whole process, and highly recommend her.
