I cannot say enough good things about working with Pauline. We were intimidated by relocating within the competitive Vienna market and wanted an expert on the area. A friend immediately recommended Pauline and I am still grateful. She listened to us and was responsive at our initial meeting. Not only did she find us our current house, which we are thrilled with, but she helped us list our previous home with a tight turn around time. Her recommendations for cleaners and contractors were invaluable in helping us get our house ready for the market. We received multiple offers and the offer we accepted exceeded our expectations. Though we hit a few snags during the closing process, Pauline’s expertise and support kept everything on track. I do not believe we would have found or successfully closed on our current home had we used another agent. On top of being extremely competent and knowledgeable, Pauline is also a delight personally. I would absolutely use her again (which hopefully won’t be anytime soon) and will recommend her to friends in the future.
