She knew the area extremely well and was able to tell us about the community, neighborhoods, and schools for each of the houses we went to look at. When we put in an offer, she came up with an offer that she felt would interest the sellers. This was very important that she was able to cater to the seller’s wants as we were competing among a few other offers on the table.
